請(qǐng)登錄中國(guó)海油供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化平臺(tái)（https://bid.cnooc.com.cn/）購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件（電子版）。首次登錄必須先進(jìn)行注冊(cè)（免費(fèi)），注冊(cè)成功后，方可購(gòu)買資審文件。購(gòu)買過程必須全程在線操作，線下形式的匯款將不予接受。標(biāo)書費(fèi)支付成功后，投標(biāo)人可自行下載招標(biāo)文件。售后不退。如未在系統(tǒng)中領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件，不可參加投標(biāo)。Please log in to the CNOOC Supply Chain Digitalization Platform(https://bid.cnooc.com.cn/) to purchase the bid documents.
